  1. Easter Dinner: Puff pastry turnovers stuffed with goat cheese, onions, chives, and scallions. Ham glazed with Rum, maple syrup, brown sugar, and mustard. Carrots roasted with a ginger ale and brown sugar glaze. Peas with a cream sauce and mint. Pan braised new potatoes with thyme and butter. Home-made buttermilk biscuits. Home-made carrot cake with cream cheese frosting.
